Problem by Kenny Girl: What do you think of my story?
Ok, so I am in 6th grade and my english teacher has assigned us to write a story. He gave us a picture of “Beneath the rug.” (It is a Harris Burdick Mystery photo)

He would like us to compose a 2 page tale based mostly on the image. Here’s my tale:
A twelve yr previous girl goes to her neighbor’s property because he invited her(the man is in the picture also)for some tea and cookies. The man(who i named Mr. Walkman =P) His residence is dirty, and it has rats and dust all over the place. He is also bipolar. His wife calls him and starts yelling at him on the telephone, so he starts to get angry. He gets so mad that he obtained a chair and begins throwing it a lamp and a rat under the carpet(like in the photograph) The girl runs out of the residence scared out of her thoughts, and she won’t know what to do. She’s afraid to inform her dad and mom/tell anyone.
=/ that’s the only thing that i believed of, but what do you consider about it? remember to no rude remarks!

Okay. That’s all the story line you need. Now can you translate that into a two page story?

Leave out the part where he is Bipolar and it would be better. You do not understand Bipolar and are using it incorrectly and the story would be better without it. Also…. in the picture, his house is NOT dirty….
